Overview
As a Sales Manager, you should work to satisfy customers needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Aggressively seeking out and identifying potential customers
- Generate revenue growth to contribute to overall business profitability through lead generation to sales closing
- Work closely with local/regional sales teams to achieve assigned targets
- Build good business relationship with prospective customers through regular visits and contacts to develop new revenue streams
- Understand customers needs and provide recommendations on products/services accordingly
