 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing.
  • Ensuring and upholding the service image at all times.
  • Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented.
  • Assisting a group of front counter staff and maintaining their team spirits and positive thinking and teamwork.
  • Ensuring administration work is done promptly, warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of VOC scores, etc.
  • Perform invoice closing.
  • Preparation of quotation when required.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers.
  • Actively deliver good results from VOC survey with strong response rate and promoter scores.

Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC in Light Vehicles or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Engineering) with 2 to 3 years of working experience in a relevant field
  • Possess valid Class 3 driving license
  • Experience in Customer Service Roles is preferred
  • Possesses sound technical knowledge of cars will be an added advantage
  • Candidates who have prior experience in Automobile industry will have an added advantage
  • Paya Lebar, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, Alternate Saturday 8.00am to 12.00pm
  • Basic + incentive, 2 positions available
