Responsibilities:

• Assist in the compliance of the organization to regulatory/ISO/corporate EHS requirements
• Assist in revising organization manuals to ensure compliance to regulatory/process changes such as facility fire safety and safety notices kept up to date.
• Assist to perform incident investigation and follow up on the corrective/preventive actions
• Monitor all contractors activities and ensure compliance with organization, government safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist to coordinate and supervise emergency evacuation drills.
• Carry out safety, vendor, product and process audits to ensure compliance with requirements
• Manage general facility management in conjunction with the building owner, for the repair of building structure defects, air-conditioning , power supply and lift operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in EHS
• Knowledge of LEAN methodology and EHS such as ISO14001 and 45001 would be an added advantage
• Possess auditing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
