Job Responsibilities:

• Create a new SAP Master for customer, vendor, material & payment term before input SAP
• Issue Sales order, send Purchase order acknowledgement & proforma invoice ( if necessary ) to customer
• Issue Purchase order and send to vendors
• Delivery follow up
• Shipping arrangement with customer & vendors
• MIGO incoming
• Issue Delivery Note for delivery or FAC for service
• Issue Tax invoice
• Monthly report
• Follow up on Payment
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the System Engineering Head

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in order and shipping processing
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit, shipping incoterm is plus
• Ms Office & SAP experience is preferred
