Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and maintaining SQL databases, preparing reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful Implementation of fibre optic projects.
• Manage and maintain databases, including updating project progress and remarks
• Script and prepare data for various reports and presentations
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness of reports
• Prepare and dispatch weekly reports and presentations
• Analyse prepared reports and present results and findings to various stakeholders
• Coordinate with inter-department stakeholders, to escalate exception orders within Operations department and monitor its project status until completion
• Other related duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering discipline with Fibre Optic Project Engineer or relevant working experience is preferred
• Experience with SQL scripting and database management
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels (Management and working level)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of fibre optic network is an advantage
• Mon to Thurs 830 to 6, Fri 830 to 530, Bedok
