Regional E-Commerce Executive
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering strong e-commerce growth and best-in-class experience, by planning and executing ecommerce strategy specifically in the areas of demand generation, business optimisation, e-marketing, brand experience and customer relationships.
Part of the regional marketing team and reports to the Marketing Manager (HoD).
Brand Engagement on eCommerce and maintain the brands identity across all ecommerce channels to drive premium customer experience.
Take a hands-on approach and work closely with enabler in the planning, launch, execution and analysis of e-commerce activities with focus on product launches and seasonal campaigns to excite our customers
Includes campaign conception, digital journey design, customer recruitment and retention activities, etc.
Commercials & Operations, manage and optimize e-commerce operations and fulfilment processes in collaboration with cross-departments to bring the best delivery and unboxing experience to the customers
Develop & carry out ecommerce strategies for company South-East and North-East Asia online Channels
Work alongside with the local teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and provide best-in-class customer service
Manage new product creation, bundling of gift sets and product kits, setting up GWPs and promotion mechanics
Channel Management and expand and grow partnership with online marketplaces in the region by maintaining the brand & product presentation
Negotiate on brand placement, traffic exposure, promotion plan and collaborative media to drive business growth
Lead ecommerce enabler to deliver success through online campaigns, fulfilment operations and customer experience.
Business Intelligence and create reports for sales, traffic and campaign performance and derive customer insights through business & digital metrics.
Conduct competitor trend and market analysis to identify new market opportunities to grow ecommerce channels.
Stock Management and manage merchandise flow in and out of warehouse.
Monitor monthly sell-out (per market/per dealer) and implement re-stock monitoring.
Maintain stock levels and forecast based on sales target.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Marketing, Business or any related discipline
- Min 3 to 5 years experience in marketing, advertising, e-commerce in a similar trade
- Experience in SEO content writing, data analytics, customer relationship management, digital marketing, e-commerce campaign management, market profiling and research, C4C and SAP
- Able to supervise local team to execute local e-commerce campaigns
- Understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimization and e-marketing strategy
- Understanding and experience in UX, Abode Photoshop, InDesign and Google Analytics
- Broad experience of attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management and sales journey optimisation
