1. Involve in the monthly closing of Accounts and submissions of reports to HQ
2. Provide supervision for Accounts Payable functions, including review invoices for payments, GST Input and provisions /liabilities
3. Support Finance Manager in annual projection and operating budget and cash projection
4. Support Finance manager in enforcing good internal controls in Accounts payable
5. Review related Balance Sheet accounts and prepares audit schedule
6. Assist and support internal and external audits and update audit and Risks report for Finance Department
7. Participate in system enhancements and project implementations to align with new statutory or operational requirements
8. Analyse operating costs and resource utilization, for management reporting and fee revision
9. Perform quarterly costing for management

Requirement

• Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accountancy, or ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• Above 5 years experience in similar capacity (with supervisory skills)
• Ability to multi-task under a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
