Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily Export customer service operations.
• Work closely with other Airfreight department to streamline processes and reduce wastage.
• Responsible for new business implementation. Understand customer requirements and take lead for business implementation.
• Promotes a continuous learning culture and partner with stakeholders to ensure employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain operations excellence.
• Responsible for teams yearly appraisal.
• Maintain of teams training records.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree preferred

• Minimum 5 years' experience in freight forwarding with air freight experiences

• Previous customer service experience is an added advantage

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant personality and a good team player

• Proficient in MS Office & ability to work independently
