Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager (IT Solutions)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with both new and existing customers and distributors.
  • Provide training on solutions to the sales team and distributors.
  • Assist the sales team in promoting solution sales.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create innovative business models for solutions.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle for solutions, including requirement analysis, proposal preparation, solution testing, demonstrations, and installations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Organise and lead webinars.
  • Manage project development and implementation.
  • Conduct market research to analyse industry trends and competitive landscapes, identifying new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on government grants and policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong business acumen for managing relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of IT/Software Solutions is beneficial.
