- Develop and maintain cost models to accurately calculate product, plant, or project costs.
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Monitor inventory valuation, conduct audits, and assess production yield to enhance cost efficiency and accuracy in stock reporting.
- Prepare management accounts for comprehensive costing reports and provide valuable insights to support management decisions and audit processes.
- Identify and implement enhancements in costing procedures and financial controls, working closely with cross functional teams to strengthen cost management strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales, plant and finance team to prepare annual budgets, forecast costs, and align cost control measures with overall financial objectives.

Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA being
highly valued. - At least 5 years of experience in product costing, preferably within the manufacturing industry, demonstrating a strong background in cost accounting and financial analysis.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems, with knowledge of Navision being a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights clearly.
