  • Develop and maintain cost models to accurately calculate product, plant, or project costs.
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory valuation, conduct audits, and assess production yield to enhance cost efficiency and accuracy in stock reporting.
  • Prepare management accounts for comprehensive costing reports and provide valuable insights to support management decisions and audit processes.
  • Identify and implement enhancements in costing procedures and financial controls, working closely with cross functional teams to strengthen cost management strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales, plant and finance team to prepare annual budgets, forecast costs, and align cost control measures with overall financial objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA being
    highly valued.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product costing, preferably within the manufacturing industry, demonstrating a strong background in cost accounting and financial analysis.
  •  Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems, with knowledge of Navision being a significant advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights clearly.
