• 2 positions (1 Full time, 1 Temp)
• 5 days work, Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
• Light warehouse duties (no forklift)
• Aircon working environment, location: Ubi

Responsibilities

• Scan and inspect incoming orders, enter data, put away items on shelves
• Update information in the inventory management system
• Liaise with parcel service and freight forwarder to coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory check
• Keep storage area clean and organized
• Assist in hardware dismantling when required and following guidelines
• Can support preparation of outbound orders (picking, scanning, packing)

Requirements

• Experience as warehouse assistant with parcel service or freight forwarder coordination
• Dynamic and hands-on
• Physically fit and able to carry loads up to 20kg
• Attention to detail and accuracy to maintain accurate records
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office tools (mainly Outlook and Excel)
• For Temp role: Able to start immediately or short notice (convertible to perm if performance is good)
