Responsibilities:

• Handle customer purchase orders, send invoices and issue quotations
• Ensure customers orders are processed promptly and accurately
• Ensure coordination on stock readiness, availability and delivery schedules
• Respond to customers' queries and expedite requests
• Ensure delivery and customer requirements are met

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business/Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possess good problem solving and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
