Responsibilities:

• Handle full set Accounts including AP/AR/GL/IC (inclusive of receipts/payment/reconciliations)
  
• Prepare and ensure timely, accurate monthly and yearly report/schedules for management, auditor, and tax agent.
• Responsible for inventory control, job costing, stock reconciliation and stock taking.
• Responsible for quarterly GST reporting
• Compliance with company policy and all statutory filing/standard e.g. IRAS/ACRA/MAS
  

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, government agency (if required)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Prepare cash flow forecast, budget, and related information for management
• Safeguard of company/groups assets
• Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time

Requirements:

• ACCA/ Degree in Accountancy or any related discipline with 3-4 years of full sets work experience
• At least with 3 to 4 years of full sets working experience from Retails or FMCG industry
• Knowledge of ERP software ie Microsoft Dynamics plus point
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite and prior experience in audit
• Able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines to complete tasks diligently
• Mature, meticulous, confident, highly detail oriented, organised and willingness to learn
