Office cum HR Administrator (MNC)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Manage office and pantry supplies, ensuring availability and orderliness.
  • Review and process staff claims, adhering to company policies.
  • Oversee office keys and access cards, ensuring proper management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, including security systems, office lease, equipment, and machinery.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Handle the annual renewal of insurances and other contracts.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in office processes, etiquette, and equipment.
  • General admin duties

Human Resources

  • Coordinating with payroll vendors on payroll issues, admin, work pass matters.
  • Update and manage employee personnel data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including liaising with IT for setup, orientation, policy explanation, and exit clearance.
  • Ensure compliance to HR policies and update of employee handbook

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder and above.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an office administration & HR role.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Effective time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing duties.
