Job Responsibilities:

Job Objective:

• Procurement process + Warehousing & Distribution (Support)

1.Tenders

• warehousing services
• international transports services, in line with the target of balancing costs/service level Designing
• Knowledge of Import/Export procedure
• Processing of shipping documents (eg. Letter of credit knowledge will be an advantage).

2. Execution

• Assure the daily execution of the warehousing and local delivery activities cooperating with the functions involved (customer service, commercial area, 3PL) and with the Central SC Function
• Guarantee the implementation of the projects of improvement promoted at sector and at local level
• Be aware of the current legislation regarding import/export activities

3. KPI

• On-time delivery
• Saturation %

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain & Logistic or equivalent
• Min 1-2 years experience in Logistics preferably with import/export activities
• Possess knowledge in Supply Chain, logistics process, import and export procedure in Singapore
• Strong analytical skills and a proficient level on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, regional markets and levels of business.
• Able to commit to work late during month end
