Receptionist cum Admin Executive

Location: Central

Working Hours: 5 days (9am to 5pm, 8hrs/day)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities Counter Duties
  • Attending to walk in parents and childrens enquiries and requests.
  • Attending to guests/visitors and informing Staff of their guests/visitors arrival.
  • Attending couriers, delivery & dispatch personnels.
  • Handling mailing of letters.
  • Answering of phone calls and divert to relevant staff/teachers when needed. Admin duties
  • General Administrative work
  • Maintaining the office environment
  • Data entry
  • Assist in purchasing activity including office supplies, outsourcing activity, etc.
  • Inventory management of Stationery & teaching materials
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirement

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal and multi-task skills.
  • Willing to learn and long-term work /develop in the organization
  • Experience in administrative work with accounting/HR knowledge will have an advantage
  • Be able to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking parents
  • 5 days work per week. Need to work on both weekend days. Off days will be on weekdays.
