Customer Service Assistant

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • To communicate with customers via phone, face to face to identify and diagnose for errors or technical issues on mobile phone.
  • Conduct repairs according to the diagnosis
  • Key data into system and ensure data accuracy for Part ordering, Diagnostic and Repair status.
  • Ability to respond to customer service requests within service timeframe
  • Drive a positive customer experience by building relationships and exhibiting great customer service.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'N' Level, Nitec or any related discipline
  • At least 1 year front line customer service experience
  • Well spoken and able to work in a customer service oriented environment
  • Adaptable, a team player and able to work with minimium supervision
