Showroom Front Desk Officer (For luxury car brand)

Responsibilities:

Job descriptions:

• Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries.
• Greet, check in and announce customers arrival.
• Managing the Sales Executive turn system.
• Ensuring showroom is tidy and orderly.
• Ensuring display cars (interior and exterior) are in good condition.
• Provide refreshments to customers.
• General adhoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• GCE O Levels and above
• Minimally 3 year experience in Customer service
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
