Responsibilities:

· Processing customer orders, plan, prepare shipping documentation and schedule deliveries

· Liaise with customers and sales people to ensure smooth and timely execution of deliveries

· Attending to customer enquiries or feedback and liaise with Sales to follow up

Requirement:

· At least 1 years of customer service experience

· Candidate without relevant experience but willing to learn welcome to apply

· Bilingual in English and Chinese to coordinate with Chinese counterparts
