List of Scope of work:

• Make up bed and change bed linen
• Perform oral toilet, bed bathing and showering
• Assist skin care for stable immobile patients
• Transfer patients in/out of bed
• Assist patients with good swallowing reflexes and able to drink and eat normally
• Give/remove commode, bedpans and urinals for patients
• Assist in cold compress and tepid sponging
• Assist in observing and reporting patient condition and progress to the nurse-in-charge
• Answer call bells and give assistance to patients with constrain of his/her abilities
• Accompany patients identified at high risks for falls, confused or delirious
