Job Responsibilities

• Work with Marketing team to promote companys latest Motion Controllers & servo motors in pre & post-sales proposal.
• Provide product trainings/technical trainings/seminars at distributors/end-users premises.
• Support on new OEM Account Development for Asean Region
• Work closely with sales team, application team to make solution proposal.
• Conduct market studies & provide the latest update on market trends and conditions, competitor information gathering.
• Preparation for presentation proposal material for targeted OEM customer.
• Creation & documentation of technical/solution/success stories database.
• Able to travel within ASEAN countries if support requested from other Group Company.
• Provide support on exhibition and seminar arranged in house or by distributors.
• Prompt respond to end-users/distributors technical enquires; preferably within 2 days.
• Keep awareness of new product launch and acquire its technical knowledge.
• Keep superior informed of important communications with customers and to share common information.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering with some working experience in servomotor, controller/PLC or automation products.
• Confident in conducting trainings/seminars to large audiences.
• Willing to provide hands-on pre & post sales technical solutions.
• Knowledge in drives is added advantage.
