Customer Service Executive

 Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate quotation/ RFQ/ web quote etc
  • Process order entry, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes
  • Handle rescheduling requests and customer complaints
  • Ensure smooth and successful order fulfillment
  • Participate in local or overseas trade exhibitions
  • Any Ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required.

The Talent

  • Diploma with min 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Electronic industry would be highly preferred
  • Able to work independently with dynamic personality
