This role requires you to support the stakeholders within the organisation in the areas of:

Microsoft 365 administration

Windows/MAC laptop, network printer administration

Jira, Confluence administration

Firewall administration

Network administration

AV administration

CCTV administration

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide first level support to staffs and ensure smooth run of IT systems.

Manage Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Exchange Email, Endpoint, One Drive,SharePoint, Teams, etc.).

Manage IT on/offboarding of staffs.

System documentation, administration, maintenance.

Manage Fortigate Firewall and SSL VPN.

Manage Jira and Confluence.

Assist with other IT related projects or activities (such as upgrades, changes,maintenance, testing, etc.) as required.

Investigate on system/endpoint failure and security alerts.

Generate quarterly IT reports.

Participate in IT projects.

Any adhoc task as assigned.
