Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
• Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues
• Co-ordination of shop drawings
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil or related discipline recognized by the PE Board
• Relevant qualification of certificates in structural and architectural discipline (eg: NCCS, BCSS, Safety)
• At least 1 years of relevant experience
• Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects
• Knowledge of AutoCAD /BIM / VDC technology will be an added advantage
• Civil Engineering Graduates without experience welcome to apply
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferable due to work purpose
