Job Description

• Overseas Terminal Development (Green Field/Brown Field) (with the related terminal operators or shipping carriers if necessary)
• Overseas Logistics Development (with the related logistics company or shipping carriers if necessary)
• Overall management of Overseas Terminals and Logistics as equity   infra-structure assets
• Take charge in developing and implementation of operating procedures and training programs
• Develop KPIs for schedule reliability and cost effectiveness.
• Taking the lead to drive and achieve KPIs.
• Setting up business plans and formulating budgets, forecast and performance reports.
• Main Liaising person with Regional stakeholders
• Other duties assigned by the Management
• Reporting directly to the Singapore RHQ Director, the incumbent shall be taking on the lead role in developing Terminal/Logistics and managing Terminal/Logistics Performance.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Business, Maritime or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the shipping industry with (operations or logistics) background
• Proven track record for developing policies and procedure to improve business efficiencies and effectiveness
• Able to think and plan on a strategic level to achieve the KPIs set out.
• Business Model or Free cash flow Projection Model experience or ability to write
• Capable of calculating Enterprise Value and IRR and experienced
• Good analytical skills and good understanding of financial models will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 5 Working days
• Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm & Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
