Plant Performance & Distribution Executive

Responsibilities:
- To manage Onsite Operations Performance and Reporting administration.
- To support Distribution scheduling and administration.
Plant Operations:
- Accountable for the timely and accurate reporting of all Plant related KPIs, Daily Production and S&OP Processes, not limited to: KPI processes and reporting for ASU/HYCO/LCO2/SMR monthly submission;
- Plant Waste Tracking to NEA; Energy Usage & Cost; SO2 emission; Water Efficiency; Greenhouse Gases etc.
- Accountable for Downtime Event Recording of any plant incident, and the data exchange and nominations of SRC, EM and NG.
- Perform relevant data exchange and confirmation of figures with both suppliers and customers for month end closure.
- Liaise with various suppliers and customers for on Plant related inventory, daily product supplying, andvwith Drivers on gas product movement and creating Document Number for trucking purposes.
- Monitor product tank level inventory (consumption and balance).
- Take charge of Billing, Invoice generation, Purchase Order and Good Receiving Note in SAP.
- Handling month end closure and Billing Process for all the Gaseous Supply Customers.
- Performing Invoice volume checks and approval of Operation related invoices.
- Take charge in management and monitoring of the product tank level inventory and waste inventory of the site.
- Accountable for turnaround coordination activities (Includes purchasing of items and materials, keeping track of activities status and coordinating with various duty personnel for the latest updates).
Distribution:
- Execute administrative activities related to training records, maintenance, and department activities to allow the smooth functioning of daily delivery activities.
- Support the daily dispatching activities for daily schedules and preparation of the documentation of next day deliveries.
- Perform the system posting of delivery notes
- Perform confirmation of delivery notes for the bulk scheduling system (GOLD) and self-collection business (SAP).
Requirements
- ITE in Chemical Process technology/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related discipline preferred with 3-5 years Operational experience with demonstrable exposure to Process Plant Operations and site based activity or equivalent, or at least 5 years of working experience in an administrative capacity.
- Strong Knowledge of MS office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Understanding and hands on experience of SAP will be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, high accuracy and attention to details, and good follow up skills.
