Responsibilities:

• Involved in managing whole production and maintenance team for plant improvement

• To improve and develop asset care strategy and engineering

• Lead the team to ensure and improve equipment performance

• Use process control system and project management

• Codifying repair and lead implementation of maintenance deployment process

• Daily site management, setup engineering plant function and budget control

• To ensure smooth operation of maintenance department and supervise M&E breakdown etc

• Lead and cooperate with EHS and QA for maintenance requirements

Requirement

• Degree, Diploma in Engineering or any related discipline
• Min 8 to 10 years of management experience from fmcg, manufacturing industry in project, maintenance and leading engineering
• Able to handle new project, installation and improvement projects
• Excellent planning, management and decision making skill
