Job Responsibilities

• Technical and sales support role
• Provide technical support to Asia Pacific end users, customers, and distributor
• Provide support to RMA issues relating to defects from customers and distributor
• Coordinate failure analysis on the defect detected by customer and distributor
• Correlation works between internal and external customers and distributor
• Working closely on conducting acceptance tests with the technical department in head-office
• Support the sales director in providing application engineering in the Asia Pacific region
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least an ITE or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge of Power Supply, components, and related technology will be an added advantage
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability to think strategically.
