Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute a comprehensive retail strategy that harmonizes with our overarching business objectives and brand vision.
• Inspires and motivates the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and stellar sales performance.
• Oversee the daily operations of all retail stores, ensuring their efficient and visually captivating operation.
• Main in charge of compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines across all retail locations.
• Data-driven insights illuminate pathways to improvement and inform business decisions.
• Collaboration across departments, harmonizing retail strategies with the company's broader mission and support facilitates the smooth implementation of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Driving sales and revenue growth, achieved through effective sales strategies, pricing optimization, keen market trend analysis, and spotting fresh business opportunities.
• Collaboration with marketing and merchandising teams for crafting and executing impactful marketing campaigns and product assortments.
• Managing partnerships with stores and multi-brand associates in maximizing sales opportunities.
• Prudent control of inventory, including shifting and optimization
• Building and nurturing robust relationships with key partners, suppliers, and regional stakeholders is crucial.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A relevant masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a successful retail manager/sales manager/general manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the consumer electronics/camera industry/luxury retail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for photography and familiarity with camera technology and accessories is advantageous.
