Temp Assistant Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in repair jobs & parts consumed are accounted for ERP system accordingly
• Support repair of warranty products to achieve minimum 90% turn-around-time
• Provide technical support and repair microphones, RF wireless system, headphones, audio equipment
• Identify systemic product issues for continuous improvement
• Maintain proper service records and documentation
• Any other jobs as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in electrical engineering
• Basic Technical skill and knowledge in  audio equipment
• Able to start immediate
• Able to commit for 3 months
