Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide user support for current system
• Install and configure and maintain desktop operating systems and applications
• Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Provide basic Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) administration
• Provide basic Microsoft 365 Administration

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent.
• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Well versed with Windows/iOS systems.
• Able to work independently and as a team
