Responsibilities

• To carry out preventive maintenance and small-scale projects
• To provide quality work and timely delivery
• To ensure that site intervention, repairs, remedy work and equipment commissioning are completed as per customers expectation
• To provide technical support in fulfilling warranty requirements
• To maintain good customer relationship and achieve good customer satisfaction
• To maintain efficient and quality services to achieve department objectives
• To maintain all safety gears and test equipment to their standard of use
• To ensure complete compliance of all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times
• Promote good customer relationships 

Requirements 

• Diploma or degree in engineering, building automation or equivalent
• At least 2 to 4 years of industry experience in building management system (BMS)
• Good technical problem-solving skills and solution recommendation
• Experience in networking, communication protocols and IT infrastructure (preferred)
• Experience with Modbus/BACnet protocol and project execution will be a plus
• HVAC, power meter, PLC and SCADA knowledge will be a differentiator
