Responsibilities:

• Supervise the servicing and maintenance work carried out by external contractors for all related equipment and building facilities and ensure the output meets specifications and standards
• Supervisory to ensure all jobs are performed according to specifications & SOPs
• To provide hands-on technical assistance pertaining to building facilities and maintenance matters to other Departments when necessary
• Oversee basic landscaping improvements to enhance the appearance of the Company's premises
• To recommend and implement technological improvements to increase productivity, enhance safety and reduce wastages

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical & Engineering or any equivalent qualification
• Min 3 years of building facilities & maintenance experience including leading a team and technician
• Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills, meticulous and detailed
• Able to work under non-office environment and access all areas of the premises including those at height
• Possess Manage Work At Height certificate plus point
