Responsibilities:

• Leading and overseeing a team of 2-3 software engineers
• To plan, roster and monitor development progress.
• Design, develop, implement and maintain applications
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional codes
• Deeply passionate about best-practice software design principles, you will write robust code along with a high-level of test coverage
• Write high quality, maintainable code, build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
• Involvement in application development lifecycle through design, build, test, release, and maintenance
• Provide and update software documentation.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience in leading or at least mentoring a team
• Min 3 years of Software Engineering experience
• Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent
• To participate in the development of a large-scale web application using Microsoft .NET Framework and SQL Server.
• Have experience in end-to-end software development life cycle.
• Experience in technical architecting and design.
• Familiar and able to work with SCRUM Methodology.
• Knowledge of web front-end technologies such as CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, etc.
• Knowledge of code version control process and continuous integration process are required.
• Experience in UX & UI design.

• Good communication skills in both written and oral
• Ability to be organized and multi-task on different requirements across various stakeholders, and to work independently and under pressure
