Responsibilities:

• To lead the demand planning of the organization and coordinates with the production team
• Handle channel, brand management and leads selling system and structure
• Execute of key performance indicators and ensure success of programs
• Plan and develop strategizes on sales operations landscape
• Target achievement via distribution and drive sales revenue
• Laise with agencies, customers and supplier and ensure sales growth
• Store expansion and ensure A&P spending, manage distribution cost and make sure GFS accounts receivables within targets

Requirements:

• Master, Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or any related discipline
• Min 8 to 12 years of wholesale operation, trading, sales, food manufacturing and logistics experience from relevant industries
• Capable of reacting flexibly to different requirements for multiple accounts
• Possess excellent communication skills, and ability to multi task and see activities and projects through completion
• Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders
