Assistant HR Manager
Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for a full spectrum of HR functions and implementation of HR strategies.
You will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering payroll, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices to ensure compliance.
Some key duties include:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new employee in the department
- Oversees the daily HR administrative and operational works
- Review and draft policies & procedures to streamline the HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure the company HR policies are applied consistently
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations and salary reviews
- Analyze the trends in compensation and benefits to improve the employee retention
- Handles disciplinary case and termination of employees in accordance with the company policy.
- Training & Development for employees
- Manage manpower planning matter (on-boarding, off-boarding, restructure process)
- Prepare periodic forecast & budget costing for Finance
The Talent
- Degree in Human Resource Management field or relevant professional certificates
- Min 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in drafting proposals and experience in compensation & benefits preferred
- Familiarize with HR practices and strong knowledge in local employment laws
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under tight schedules
- Independent, meticulous, team player, positive work attitude
