Financial Accounting:

• Handle operational accounting for full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable & Receivable, cash and bank management, statutory accounts closing & reporting, and taxation (GST, income tax, etc) matters
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and completion of audited financial statements
• Ensure compliance with financial policies & procedures, statutory & corporate governance requirements and audits, as required
• Undertake any other finance and accounting duties as required.

Reporting:

• Budgeting & management reporting to management and shareholders.
• Responsible for consolidation accounting reports for the client's Center holding company and its subsidiaries, to be submitted to its listed parent company.

Finance Operations:

• Develop cash flow forecast and ensure sufficient working capital.
• Participate in accounting system set-up and enhancement, as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance, ACCA or CA Singapore.
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Energetic and resourceful multi-tasker with strong planning and problem solving ability
• Mature business partner with good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong accounting and consolidation accounting knowledge
