Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities

Provide sales support to the Sales Team and undertake the following primary tasks and duties with due diligence:-

Jobscope

    • Prepare quotations, service memo and invoices to customers
    • Maintain and file documents records
    • Handle general call enquiries
    • Maintain customer database record
    • Covering of colleagues duties as and when necessary (inter-department)
    • Performs purchasing roles
    • Assist in sourcing of product
    • Monitor customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction
    • Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment;
    • Prepare and update project progress
    • Prepare and report on progress, during weekly meeting
    • Prepare Risk Assessment, Permit to work forms and scheduling for project
    • Any other ad-hoc administrative works as assigned by the respective head.

Requirements

    • Diploma cert.
    • Well verse in Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Words
    • Have knowledge in working with EQO system such as SAP, Ezy... etc
    • Can speak and write English
    • Willing to learn and work in fast paced environment.
