Location: Boon Lay (Quality Road)

Working hours: 8am 5.45pm (Mon-Fri)

This is a Permanent role.

Responsibilities:

Payroll

• Manage monthly payroll - to ensure 100% accuracy for basic salary, fixed allowances, CPF contributions, as well as the payment of monthly variables including overtime, shift allowance, meal allowance, transport reimbursement, etc.
• Prepare bank listing for salary payments
• Manage the e-leave system and time management system.
• Prepare monthly costing report for Finance Department
• Manage payroll audit, maternity leave, childcare leave, NS claim, the declaration of personal income via FORM IR21 for all foreign workers and the arrangement of final cheque payment to the resignees

HR Activities

• Conduct policy briefing, onboarding orientation programme, run through of employment contract and/or re-employment contract for job positions of Assistant Manager and below
• Conduct dialogue session with employees and supervisors, on regular basis, to review and assess problems or grievances that they may have
• Identify and assess training needs of employees by conferring with supervisors to facilitate the execution of training programmes

Administrative Activities

• Respond to surveys MOM, CPF, EDB, IDA
• Issuance of letters confirmation / promotion / upgrading

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
• Well versed in the Employment Act and the Employment of Manpower Act
• Well versed in CPF Act and IRAS Act
• Candidate must be willing to work in Manufacturing environment (Boon Lay)
