Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with experience in the ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, providing technical consultation, and driving sales of HVAC/ACMV systems and solutions to contractors, consultants, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell ACMV systems and solutions to M&E consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide technical support and product presentations to clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.
  • Liaise with internal technical and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations in the ACMV field.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 25 years of relevant sales experience in the ACMV/HVAC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment specifications, and ACMV project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in technical sales or business development roles.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license (if required).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
