Business Development Executive
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Dive deep into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify untapped opportunities and refine our value proposition.
- To hunt for new business and utilize your prospecting skills and a variety of tools (LinkedIn, CRM, industry events) to generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and expand our market reach.
- Close Deals and Build Relationships and develop and deliver compelling pitches, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, provide market feedback, and contribute to product development.
- Analyze and track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data to forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or any related discipline
- Min 3 to 5 years of sales and business development experience from retail, FMCG industry
- Demonstrated experience in business development or sales with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong sales acumen and able to lead generation techniques and negotiation strategies
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic, a hunter mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
