Job Description:
Job
- Perform the construction project planning and manage the construction progress, quality, safety, cost, risk, etc.
- Perform periodic reporting to direct report and internal stakeholders
- Manage / communicate with suppliers (Construction consulting company, Design company, Construction supervision company, Construction company)
- Communicate with government authorities for government permit process
- Perform / manage tender process of selecting suppliers
- Coordinate with the companies various departments to define construction requirements for design
- Perform / manage construction cost savings including VE, NS, NCS, BTO, etc.
- Others where necessary
Requirements
- Above 20 years of experience in construction project
- Experience of semi-conductor factory construction project
- Experience of project management and reporting skill
