Job

• Perform the construction project planning and manage the construction progress, quality, safety, cost, risk, etc.
• Perform periodic reporting to direct report and internal stakeholders
• Manage / communicate with suppliers (Construction consulting company, Design company, Construction supervision company, Construction company)
• Communicate with government authorities for government permit process
• Perform / manage tender process of selecting suppliers
• Coordinate with the companies various departments to define construction requirements for design
• Perform / manage construction cost savings including VE, NS, NCS, BTO, etc.
• Others where necessary

Requirements

• Above 20 years of experience in construction project
• Experience of semi-conductor factory construction project
• Experience of project management and reporting skill
