• Responsibilities 
• Identify and directly target architects and developers to specify for project in Malaysia
• Systematically build relationships with major national or regional base developers, architects & ID firm
• Provide necessary support to key business partner to maximize the success rates of projects
• Develop and manage distribution partners and sub-distribution
• Work together with country manager to develop, manage and support distribution and sub-dealer network. Including provide support pricing, POS set up, catalogues, products training, project specification and presentation
• Widen customer base and strengthen customer relationship
• Involve and work together with country manager on local marketing activities, execute local campaigns, advertisements, devise and execute trade promotions, implement and attend events etc
• Achieve annual sales targets
• Market intelligence - assist with periodic updates on competitor and product research, market developments and activities related to the sanitary and construction market to support sales growth in Malaysia
• 
  Requirements 
• Strong project sales and product specification experience in construction and building materials related industry
• Good spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Fair spoken on some local dialects
• Computer literate (Ms word, excel & power point)
• Ability to perform administrative task, ex: documentation, reporting, proposal, prepare simple presentation and etc
• Independent, self-initiative, open mind, out-going, positive thinking and etc
• Able to travel outstation within Malaysia as and when if needed
