Responsibilities:

• Report to the Supply Chain Director
• Ensure that customer repairs are properly scheduled and validated in line with customer requirements.
• Work closely with various teams like the Workshop, Front Office (Sales Administration) & Procurement.
• In charge of the Work Orders (WO) completeness analysis, considering customers priorities, their proper sequencing according to the spare parts availability and available capacity/labour.
• Carry out scheduling and launching of internal and external WOs
• Update the data in the various information systems within the scope
• Update the performance indicators for the scope of activity
• Analyze the impact of repair anomalies and reschedule WOs when needed
• Analyze the impact of requests for technical upgrades
• Analyze the Material Requirements Plan

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Management / Manufacturing Engineering/ Production Management /Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Planner in manufacturing or MRO industry.
