Electro mechanical Engineer (Contract / Plant)

 Job Description:

    Responsibilities

    • Systematically maintain up-to-date documentation, including procedures, plans, work orders, permit-to-work, lock-out-tag-out, risk assessment, P&ID, and technical documentation.
    • Prepare, implement, and adhere to the Management of Change procedure.
    • Execute OPEX and CAPEX projects in a timely manner.
    • Participate in the setup of the maintenance system and maintain a computer maintenance management system for efficient workflow.
    • Review and update maintenance records in compliance with requirements and manage the inventory of spare parts and tools for cost optimization.
    • Conduct routine inspections of electrical and mechanical equipment and keep records of the same.
    • Ensure timely completion of mechanical repairs according to site procedures and production priorities.
    • Analyze the root causes of equipment breakdown and take corrective and preventive actions.
    • Coordinate with external electromechanical and construction contractors who work on the site.
    • Ensure safe execution of all preventive maintenance plans or corrective activities performed by external contractors, following QHSE guidelines and policies.
    • Ensure that all equipment complies with QHSE legal requirements.
    • Contribute to site Health, Safety & Environment and Quality standards, including ISOs and a sound understanding of the QHSE Management systems.
    • Demonstrate commitment towards QHSE by carefully and consistently applying codes of practice and procedures. Maintain a clean work environment for 5S best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical or an equivalent
    • Familiarity with QHSE Management systems
    • Team Player
    • Good knowledge on HSE & Chemical process
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
