Responsibilities
- Office Facilities management
- External Vendor Management
- Office administration
- Oversee Housekeeping
- Utility Contract management and renewal
- Office Stationery
- Office events Management Townhall and other communications
- Employee engagements related workshops
- Support on Insurance Renewal process
- MOM coordination regarding Visa/EP renewal etc
- MOM Employee survey etc
- Support on new hire and Exits
- Processing of key payments Insurance, Office events, Agency and Contractor PO/PR
- Send PO/PR to Finance for Payment of various contracts
- Senior Management Visit arrangements
- Support for Jurong Island Visit Pass and other support needs etc
Requirements
- Min 5-10 Years of experience.
- Knowledge of SAP (Ariba application for PO/PR creation) would be desirable.
- Team player
- Able to work independently
