Responsibilities

  • Office Facilities management
  • External Vendor Management
  • Office administration
  • Oversee Housekeeping
  • Utility Contract management and renewal
  • Office Stationery
  • Office events Management Townhall and other communications
  • Employee engagements related workshops
  • Support on Insurance Renewal process
  • MOM coordination regarding Visa/EP renewal etc
  • MOM Employee survey etc
  • Support on new hire and Exits
  • Processing of key payments Insurance, Office events, Agency and Contractor PO/PR
  • Send PO/PR to Finance for Payment of various contracts
  • Senior Management Visit arrangements
  • Support for Jurong Island Visit Pass and other support needs etc

Requirements

  • Min 5-10 Years of experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP (Ariba application for PO/PR creation) would be desirable.
  • Team player
  • Able to work independently
