Job :

• Attend to the needs of staffs to ensure target is achieved during the shift
• Daily production planning to meet cycle time and shipment requirement
• Address line issues relating to manufacturing by implementing full proof action and system fix
• Plan for material preparation to support daily WIP
• Remnant dies / wafer management
• Support Engineering builds and lots with requirement
• Follow up PE on lot disposition and actions needed for ABN lots
• Shift report generation
• Manage manufacturing staff attendance and leave applications on daily basis

Requirements:

• At Least a Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 3 year of experience in an semicon manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and logical thinking
• Able to lead a group of operators supporting production line
