Responsibilities

• Deliver product liquid or Gas to customers
• Working with the highest performance
• Operate assigned vehicle to deliver product to the customers and / or between plants and follow the
• route plan with high performance and safety
• Loading and unloading gas between Bulk and VIE tank.
• Provide the delivery document and certificate to customers to sign and bring it back to Site
• Complete LTS (Liquid Transfer Sheet) of all delivery and loading detail
• Take care of vehicle and report any Vehicle issue.
• Take care of the customer VIE Tanks and report issue if there is something wrong with the DDR document
• Keep the vehicles cleaned including inner and outer for safety.
• Always attend the safety meeting (Toolbox, Take five)
• Always attend the training courses.
• To be observed about driving and all work procedure.
• Permit for Alcohol breathes test and drug test.
• Always be responsible for all the assignment.

Requirements

• Education from middle school or equivalent with 3 years of Driving experience of the Prime Mover trailer vehicle
• Class 4 driving license
• Knowledge of Hazardous Substance Act and road safety will be an advantage
