Job Description:

• Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. This includes sales data, customer data, and operational data.

• Reporting: Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to the management team and other stakeholders.

• Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor key business metrics.

• Project Development Support: Assist in various stages of project development lifecycle, from planning to execution to post-implementation analysis.

• Strategic Support: Provide support for strategic initiatives through data analysis. This includes market research and competitor analysis.

• JotForm Management: Contribute to the management and development of JotForms to enhance data collection and processing

Job Requirement

• Proficient in basic MS Office
• Possess at least a Diploma in Business, IT, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT would be advantageous.
• Understanding of data analysis principles is required.
• Understanding of basic programming syntax is a plus.
• Experience with JotForm is a plus.
• No experience is welcome
