Responsibilities

• To support the All operations aspect of their Business systems.
• Maintain existing PowerBI dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy, timeliness and
• consistency in reporting and metrics from data source such data-mart, SAP BW.
• Maintain and ensuring existing data farming procedure remains operational.
• Be the subject matter expert in upkeeping and introduce data visualisation tools like
• PowerBI.
• To promote and to enable business users with the right data-driven insights.
• Be involved with promoting Digital Productivity through process simplification, introduce
• concepts like report automation, process automation like RPA
• Software Management: Responsible for partnering with business leaders to assess
• opportunities, works with Corporate Enterprise Systems teams to source the appropriate
• technology from IT Portfolio and implement the technology to support the business.
• IT Policy & Process Compliance: Oversees divisions adherence to Corporate IT standards,
• directions, and goals.
• Support all Corporates Cyber Security related Initiatives.
• Be the subject matter expert Singapores Business Systems
• Ensure Systems like PowerBI, PowerApps are Operational
• Ensure deep collaboration with Corp IT with Initiatives, planning and execution

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent with at least 3 years of
• experience in supporting SAP, SQL. PowerBI and Project and/or Change implementation of
• Business systems.
• Proficient in O365 Related products like Office, PowerApps/Automate, SharePoint etc
• Must be able to work independently with proactive and good problem-solving skill.
• Communicates well thru all level within the Organisation
• Demonstrate Project Leadership
• Solution Architect while delivering a technology
